Andrew ?Drew? Lipsher is a Partner with Greycroft LLC. Mr. Lipsher brings over fourteen years of media and entertainment experience to Greycroft. His experiences have covered all aspects of the media business, including investment (private equity and venture), M&A, strategic planning, new business development, technology, operating and board level activities, restructurings, and divestitures.

Mr. Lipsher has led investments in Musicbank, Rich Animation, Nest Entertainment, Palomar Pictures, ARTISTdirect (NASDAQ: ARTD), Listen.com (NASDAQ: RNWK), Youtopia.com (sold to 800-America), Planetout.com (NASDAQ: LGBT), Channel V (NYSE: NWS), and Accolade (sold to Atari).

Prior to joining Greycroft, Mr. Lipsher was the Head of M&A, Corporate Development, and Administration for Interscope, Geffen, A&M Records (?IGA?), a division of the Universal Music Group.

Prior to joining IGA, Mr. Lipsher was the founder and Managing Partner of Little Rose Partners LLC, providing strategic consulting, management consulting, and investment advisory services to the media industry.

Prior to Little Rose Partners, Mr. Lipsher served in senior executive roles at News Corporation, BMG Entertainment (a division of Bertelsmann AG), and Warner Music Group (then a division of Time Warner) where he focused on corporate development and investment activities.

Mr. Lipsher holds a B.A. in History from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University?s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He lives in New York City with his wife Meredith and two sons, Nick and Zach.
