Mr. Collins’ client representation covers general corporate matters, securities law, SEC registered offerings and private placements, strategic partnering and licensing. His life science clients have included large pharmaceutical companies, such as Bayer Healthcare and Otsuka Pharmaceutical, publicly traded biotech and specialty pharmaceutical companies, such as Enzon Pharmaceuticals, Obagi Medical Products, Osteotech and Alfacell, and leading privately held life science companies such as Tengion.

Brandon is a co-founder of Cardinal Partners, a medical and life sciences venture capital partnership established in 1996. He entered the venture capital industry in 1991 as a principal of the Edison Venture Fund, where he directed Edison's healthcare investing activities and served on the boards of its healthcare portfolio companies. His extensive investment experience includes all facets of health care services, health care information systems, medical products & devices, and encompasses a variety of information technology sectors outside of health care. Prior to his venture investing experience, Brandon spent seven years in health services operations.

Brandon has served on the boards of numerous healthcare and medtech companies, and currently serves as a director of AthenaHealth, CardioOptics, Replication Medical, CodeRyte, and Fluidnet and is a board observer at AccentCare.

Brandon received his BA in Philosophy and Literature from Wheaton College and his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Noah Kroloff

Noah Kroloff is a Partner at NGN Capital, a healthcare venture capital firm with over $400 million under management and offices in New York and Heidelberg. Mr. Kroloff, who has 20 years experience in healthcare, most recently served as an executive officer at i-STAT Corporation, a publicly-traded medical device company where he was Vice President for International Sales & Marketing and Corporate Development. He was actively involved in the sale of i-STAT to Abbott Laboratories for approximately $450 million. He also led the creation of a global alliance with Abbott, a $61 million alliance with Hewlett-Packard Medical Products Group and i-STAT’s international distribution network. Prior to i-STAT, Mr. Kroloff was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co. where he advised leading pharmaceutical and diagnostic companies on R&D management, portfolio strategy, and alliance formation. Prior to his work in healthcare, he was a senior analyst at Fannie Mae and an associate at Industrial Economics, Inc. Mr. Kroloff received his BA in general science from Brandeis University and his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management where he was a founder of and currently serves as a judge in the MIT $100K Entrepreneurship Competition. He is a member of the board of BeneChill, Inc. and Coagulation Sciences LLC, a board observer at Valtech Cardio, Ltd., and recently served as a member of McKinsey’s alumni advisory council.

Andrew Schneider is the Partner in Charge of Holtz Rubenstein Reminick’s Biotechnology and Life Sciences Group and sits on the Firm's Executive Committee. He has over 20 years of diversified public accounting experience in conducting audits of both private and public companies, as well as SEC accounting and disclosure rules related to IPOs, mergers & acquisitions and various registration statements. Industry expertise includes biotechnology and life sciences, distribution, education, and manufacturing. He’s on the Board of Directors of Commerce Plaza and served as an adviser to the New York City Department of Education Advisory Council for Career and Technical Education.

Robert R. Seltzer

Bob Seltzer joined Care Capital in 2005 and became a Partner in 2010. Prior to Care Capital, Mr. Seltzer was a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group where he focused on the pharmaceutical industry, identifying and analyzing strategic opportunities in R&D. Previously, Mr. Seltzer performed financial analysis in GlaxoSmithKline's Deal Structuring Group, and he co-founded and was President of the technology company Trenza Corp. Prior to his business career, Mr. Seltzer was an accomplished chess player, winning five US National titles for his age group and earning the title of Life National Master. Mr. Seltzer holds a B.S. in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University, a Masters of Biotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from The Wharton School, where he was a Palmer Scholar.

Ms. Vitullo joined Domain in 1999 and became a Partner in 2004. She has full management responsibility for Domain Public Equity Partners, L.P. and is also involved in distribution/liquidation strategies for the public companies in Domain Associates’ venture capital portfolios. Present board memberships include Calixa Therapeutics, Celator Pharmaceuticals, Esperion Pharmacueticals, Marinus Pharmaceuticals and VentiRx Pharmaceuticals. Past Board memberships include Cerexa, Eunoe and Onyx Pharmaceuticals. From 1992-1999, Ms. Vitullo was Senior Vice President at Rothschild Asset Management, Inc. where she had responsibility for the U.S. public market investments of International Biotechnology Trust plc and Biotechnology Investments Limited. From 1991-1992, Ms. Vitullo served as the Director of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at Cephalon, a publicly traded biotechnology company. Prior to Cephalon, Ms. Vitullo spent 12 years at Eastman Kodak, most recently in Corporate Development where she was involved in the development management of Kodak’s venture capital activities.

Dr. Sun joined Fund I in 2002 and currently serves as a Partner. Previously, Dr. Sun was an Adjunct Instructor of Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Sun currently serves as a director of CeNeRx BioPharma, Inc., Dynova Laboratories, Inc., HerbalScience, Inc., and Paratek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Previously he served as a director of MAP Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Dr. Sun received his M.D. from Temple University School of Medicine with A.O.A. honors. He received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. In addition, he is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
