Greg Foster VP of Corporate Development, Turner Broadcasting, Inc. Greg Foster currently serves as Vice-President of Corporate Development for Turner Broadcasting. In this capacity, he is responsible for Turner New Media Investments, the company?s early stage strategic investment arm. He is also responsible for M&A activities as they relate to the company?s product development agenda. He has over a decade of experience working with high growth and emerging businesses. After graduating from Georgia Tech, Greg joined Deloitte Consulting, focusing his efforts in building internet strategies for several large clients including Prudential Insurance, Sonoco Products, and the New York City Transit Authority. He has been a member of the management team of three successful start-ups, serving as SVP of Corporate Development at iXL (internet media consultancy), VP of Business and Corporate Development at Silverpop Systems (direct-to-consumer platform provider), and most currently as CEO/Founder of Southern Direct, a business focused on building branded e-commerce extensions to linear cable channels. Greg arrived at Turner after the assets of Southern Direct were acquired by Turner Broadcasting. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He resides in Atlanta with his wife, Christine, and their two dogs. |
