Jeff Maters

Jeff joined New World Ventures in 2008. New World Ventures is an early stage venture capital firm seeking to invest in promising information technology companies (SaaS, enterprise software, IT infrastructure).

Previously, Jeff was with UBS, where he focused on the industrial, alternative energy and financial sponsor sectors. Prior to UBS, Jeff was with BMV Capital, a New York-based venture capital firm focused on early stage technology, communications, media and life science companies.

Prior to BMV, Jeff was with the Lehman Brothers Communications Fund, a venture capital fund focused on the communication services sector. Jeff graduated with a B.S. in chemical engineering from the Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
