Adam Oliveri

Adam Oliveri is the Managing Director of SecondMarket?s Private Company Market. He was one of the first three employees hired by SecondMarket in which he played a critical role in the growth and development of the company?s online marketplace for trading illiquid assets. Currently, Mr. Oliveri is responsible for leading the firm's efforts to create an administration and liquidity platform for private company securities. Prior to this, Mr. Oliveri was Co-Head of the SecondMarket trading desk, and responsible for managing the company?s public and private company markets. In this role, he also helped in the development of SecondMarket?s online platform for trading auction-rate securities. Mr. Oliveri graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a B.S. in Applied Economics and holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses.
