Carter Caldwell

Carter Caldwell is a Principal at Cross Atlantic Capital Partners, a venture capital firm with $600 million under management. Previously, Carter helped start Acorn Systems, where he served as Director of Corporate Development, and also founded Quazant Technology, a software company focused on processing high-speed transactions. Additional experience includes positions at J.P. Morgan and Bear Stearns. Carter serves as a Judge for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Program as well as being a dedicated Philadelphia Hospitality Board Member. He serves on multiple Advisory Boards and speaks at numerous venture capital focused events. Additionally, he serves on the Secondary Committee for the University of Pennsylvania Admissions Department.
